Product specifications
Regardless of the manufacturer from whom the hearing aids were purchased, a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects (guarantee) is included when buying hearing aids.
This can be extended to a total of 5 years (3 + 2 extra years).
The additional warranty must be ordered separately for each hearing aid.
The entire warranty period directly relates to the manufacturer of the various hearing aid brands.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling or care, chemical influences, moisture ingress, or overuse. The warranty is void for damages caused by third parties or unauthorized service centers. This warranty does not include services provided by a hearing care professional in their workshop
