We guarantee the highest level of security when purchasing and customizing your hearing aids. With the purchase of a hearing aid, you receive a 30-day trial period in which you can test the devices. We assist you in finding the ideal hearing aid and support you with the customization process.

How long is the warranty period for my hearing aids?
All our hearing aids come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. It is possible to extend this by purchasing the Warranty Plus Package in our online shop: Click here.

Do I have a warranty for external earmolds and domes?
As these products are classified as consumables, they do not come with a separate warranty. However, external earmolds and domes can be easily ordered at any time.
How long is the warranty for accessories?
You receive a 3-year warranty on accessories (except for consumables)
When will I receive my hearing aids?
You will receive your hearing aids as soon as you place the order in our online shop.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have a 30-day return or exchange period.
What is included in the price of a hearing aid?
When you purchase a hearing aid, we provide:
- Speaker (if included)
- 1x Cerumen filter
- 1x Cleaning spray (30 ml)
- Domes in various sizes and shapes.
- Additionally, you receive three free remote adjustments.
All hearing aids come with a three-year manufacturer warranty.
*The charger is automatically included if you purchase two (2) hearing aids.
Is a charging station included in the price of the hearing aids?
A charging station is included when you purchase two hearing aids. However, when purchasing a single hearing aid, the charging station is not included.
Can I place my order by phone?
The order is processed through our online shop, but you can complete the ordering process step by step over the phone with our customer service.
What do I need for the online adjustment of the hearing aids?
You only need a smartphone, PC, or laptop connected to the hearing aids via the app. A webcam is recommended but not mandatory.
How many online adjustment appointments do I get after purchasing a hearing aid?
You receive three (3) free online adjustment appointments. Additional follow-up appointments can be arranged with our customer service and are available for purchase here.
Can I extend my 30-day trial period?
An extension of the trial period is not possible. Our experience shows that the initial adjustment takes place within 14 days, and the vast majority of our customers are completely satisfied with the results. If something does not fit, we are happy to assist you.
Until when can I return the hearing aids?
You can return the hearing aids within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging.
When will I receive my refund after returning the hearing aids?
The refund will be issued once we have completed the inspection process. This process can take between 5 and 10 business days after receiving the returned hearing aids.

I want to buy new domes. Which ones do I need?
You must first consider the brand of your hearing aids when purchasing. The respective domes are available in various sizes and shapes. On the individual product images and in the product description, you can read which domes correspond to your originals.
How often should I replace the filter for external speakers?
We recommend replacing the filter every 14-30 days to ensure consistent sound quality of the hearing aid. The correct filter for your hearing aids can be found in our online shop under the various brands.
How often should I replace a dome?
With proper care of the hearing aids, we recommend replacing the dome every month. If you notice a defect or that the dome does not fit properly, please replace it immediately.
Are hearing aids waterproof?
It depends on the specifications of the chosen hearing aid, but all hearing aids comply with the IP68 certification. However, we do not recommend exposing them to moisture. It is important to protect your hearing aids from all potential hazards.
I sweat a lot. What can I do?

Can I connect my hearing aids to my TV or other audio products?
Yes, this is possible. You will need a TV station specifically developed by the manufacturer for this purpose.
At what amount are shipping costs included?
Shipping costs are included for orders over €70.00.
What happens if I lose my hearing aid(s)?
We regret your loss. When purchasing hearing aids, a three-year manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects is included, which can be extended to five years with our additional warranty plan. This warranty does not cover improper handling, moisture damage, theft, loss, overuse, damage by third parties, or unauthorized service centers and does not cover services of a hearing care professional.
